The Build Group
Build Group is a comprehensive building and maintenance company based in Liverpool. We undertake a range of building projects from smaller maintenance contracts to large scale property renovations, as well as commercial projects such as restaurant and shop fits. Offering a full Design and Build service in addition to building from drawings provided by your own architect.

At Build Group we work closely with our sister company Address Properties. This allows us to maintain the letting portfolio to an impeccable standard, as well as minimizing void periods by arranging the project in line with tenancy start dates. For our clients this means their projects are completed on time, within budget and are delivered by staff skilled in maximizing rental income.
We often have similar sites on-going at one time, at varying stages of
completion. We use this to our benefit, often making use of a nearly completed development to demonstrate the future finish for one that is only partially done
(specification dependent). This assists in renting our properties o plan at a
much earlier stage in the development process, and as a result keep void periods
to a minimum.
