Q: Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?

Yes! It all starts with a no-obligation chat, in which we discuss what you’re looking for, when you want the project completed, and what your budget is. This can be done at your convenience either over the phone, in our offices, on site, or anywhere you prefer. We’re happy to chat at any stage. Some of our clients talk to us when a project is still just a pipe dream, while others have got everything in place and are raring to go the next day. Our aim is simply to find out how we can help and to work out a way in which we can work together on a project.
Q: Can you help guide us through the design process?

Yes, our team can guide you through every step of the design process to make your ideas a reality.. From the initial idea, to mood boards, drawing up architectural plans, sourcing materials and ensuring the project is a success. We are here to help you every step of the way
Q: When can the project start?
A:
Often homeowners would like to coincide major work with holidays, or landlords to coincide with student calendars etc. It is important as a renowned and reliable building company that we have a pipeline of projects.
We are not often able to start the very next day.As despite the size of our ever-evolving team, we need to make arrangements to book in your job, in order to ensure an efficient and high quality project. Please contact us to request an accurate timescale for your project
Q: How we partner with Build Group?

We are always on the lookout to partner with reputable businesses or individuals across the Building and construction industry. We have formed solid relationships with estate agents, architects, designers, surveyors, inventory clerks, tradespeople and cleaning companies across the North-West. Having this strong network of professionals allows us to be a one stop shop for all of your building requirements! Q: Will I have to pay the full amount upfront?
A:
No! We will arrange a site visit, during which we take measurements and photographs. With this information we can put together a ballpark estimate. When you have reviewed the estimate, we can discuss it further and then calculate how you may wish to proceed, which may involve tweaking your specification or budget, as well as choosing colours and styles etc
We are happy to work together with a goal of reaching the very best project outcome that works for you. Once the finer details have been clarified and you are ready to go ahead, you can instruct us to begin work. Agreements will then be signed, which will outline deposit arrangements, payment plans and a host of other important information and guarantees. This ensures both parties feel comfortable moving forwards with the project.
Q: We need advice on handling our planning application with the council. Can you help guide us as a part of your service?

Yes! Our team has extensive experience with both residential and commercial projects and can help guide you through the application process. We can also recommend architects to assist with drawing up plans for your project.
Q:Are all the photographs on your website your work?
A:
Yes, all photographs on our website are works that have been completed by Build Group.
Q: I am a landlord, can you help me rent my property once works on property are complete?
A:
Absolutely! We work closely with our sister company Address Properties who specialize in student residential and commercial lets. Address Properties can provide expert advice of the property industry and recommend how to maximize your return on investment.
